You will ensure that internal and external customers' expectations are met while adhering to strict FDA regulations and the company's Quality Management System.
As a subject matter expert, you may lead cross-functional teams, supervise technicians, and deploy expertise across multiple organizations with occasional travel.

Must-have
7+ years progressive engineering experience
Medical device manufacturing experience required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Strong problem-solving foundation
Cross-functional team leadership
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
PMP certification

Mentoring and coaching capabilities
Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
7+ years of progressive engineering experience
Experience in medical device manufacturing is mandatory
Green Belt Six Sigma minimum; Black Belt preferred
