Instruct, guide, and provide on-the-job training for warehouse staff to ensure strict compliance with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and productivity targets.
Support managers in organizing, planning, and implementing daily operations, manpower deployment, shift arrangements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
