The Project Lead will provide strategic and operational leadership for the PIVOT-TPT project across Maharashtra and Odisha to expand access to Tuberculosis Preventive Treatment.
Responsibilities include leading private provider mapping, overseeing recruitment of state operations staff, and ensuring alignment with NTEP priorities and performance-based payments.
The role requires extensive travel (40-50% time) within Maharashtra and to Odisha to coordinate with government officials, private providers, and technical partners.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-12 years public health program management
5-6 years TB elimination program experience
NTEP guidelines and Ni-kshay system knowledge
Private sector engagement and partnership formalization
Digital health tool deployment and tele-consultation
Supply chain management for TPT drugs
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Nice-to-have
Experience with portable digital X-ray services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Experience with data visualization tools
Proven track record of milestone-based deliverables
Key Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Public Health or Medicine
Minimum 10-12 years experience in public health
At least 5-6 years in TB elimination programs
Direct responsibility for budget management and team supervision
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and project management software
