Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years luxury hotel experience
2-3 years leadership role required
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
Strong knowledge of LQA and ReviewPro standards
Expertise in budget preparation and cost control
Proficiency in health and safety compliance

Experience with renovation and refurbishment projects
Sustainability and ESG initiative implementation
Succession planning and talent pipeline development
Fluency in English communication skills

Key Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years progressive Housekeeping experience
At least 2-3 years in Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper role
Bachelor's degree preferred in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
