  • Lead the dietary team by preparing meals daily for residents and overseeing administrative tasks including ordering and scheduling staff.
  • Ensure meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
  • Manage department budget, control costs, order food and supplies, and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
