Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this Registered Nurse position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and overseeing nursing service personnel compliance with procedures.
The role involves administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, supply, care plan, assessment, budget, and planning functions to ensure quality resident care.
