Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of this Registered Nurse position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and overseeing nursing service personnel compliance with procedures.
  • The role involves administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, supply, care plan, assessment, budget, and planning functions to ensure quality resident care.
