Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Appian BPM application development
Appian architecture and performance optimisation
Workflow and case management solutions
Integration with external platforms
Cloud environments experience (AWS preferred)
Software engineering principles in low-code solutions
Nice-to-have
Experience integrating Appian with Python services
Event-driven architectures and microservices patterns
CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
Production observability experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in regulated environments
Key Requirements
Extensive Appian BPM application experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Ability to operate at Staff Engineer level
Experience working in cloud environments
Proven coding and problem-solving skills in Appian and general-purpose programming
