Job Summary

  • Responsibilities include cascading Hoshin goals, serving as a change agent to embed Lean Principles, overseeing Kaizen workshops, and coaching site Lean Leaders to build Lean practitioners.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, leadership in Kaizen, and proficiency in various Lean methodologies and tools.
