Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Essential duties include maintaining employee phone numbers, updating business office with manager phone numbers, managing tardiness and absenteeism calendars, and coordinating modified work duty employees.
The role involves completing employee records, assisting with form completion, preparing schedules, answering applicant calls, and consulting with staff and supervisors concerning staffing needs.
