Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, computer science, or related field
  • 10+ years in project management
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience establishing and leading a PMO
  • Experience in leading PMO in digital transformation organization preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Primavera)
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean)
  • PMP or other relevant certifications highly desirable
