Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Complete 16 I-CAR units within 12 months
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Clear vision for accurate damage estimation

Nice-to-have

  • 4-6 years related work experience preferred
  • Photo-imaging software experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability
