  • Employees must assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care while ensuring they remain clean, dry, and comfortable.
  • The role requires accurate documentation of care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes, along with prompt reporting of any accidents, incidents, or changes in resident condition.
