Must-have
Five-to-seven years high-speed manufacturing experience
At least five years maintenance planning role
Proficient in CMMS work order and inventory management
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime shifts
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
Nice-to-have
Packaging industry experience preferred
Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing
Associate or bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance
Experience with VMI items and storeroom layout optimization
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Key Requirements
High School Education/GED minimum
5-7 years high-speed manufacturing experience
5 years proven maintenance planning experience
Availability for various shifts including nights and weekends
