• The Associate Director, SAP Finance Solutions is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic growth, operational excellence, and lifecycle ownership of SAP Finance capabilities for BeOne’s European, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) operations.
• This leader executes and helps define the global vision for SAP Finance solutions—balancing standardized templates with regional requirements for European markets—to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
• The role brings deep hands‑on SAP FI expertise (including statutory and tax compliance, intercompany, month‑end close, and reporting), strong cross‑module integration knowledge, and the ability to guide and influence Finance and Technology stakeholders across regions.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance technology
• 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, General Ledger, multi-currency configuration, Fixed Assets, Month-end close processes, Intercompany accounting & reconciliation, FX handling, Tax setup, VAT, statutory & local ledger reporting
• Strong cross-module understanding of FI-CO, MM, SD, Treasury, Tax
• Proven experience delivering SAP Finance capabilities as part of a global template
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale SAP implementations
• Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX, audit readiness
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
