Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and benefits.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, and organize in-service education programs for staff to ensure competency and develop new skills.
Make rounds, observe patient care delivery, supervise staff, and participate in facility surveys and direct resident/patient care.
