• As payments analytics lead, you will focus on optimizing key payments strategies by measuring billing and collections effectiveness, payments across online, recurring and point of sale, and impacts to the business and our clients.
• You will lead a team of Analysts responsible for analyzing, measuring and optimizing our billing, collections and payments, and develop cross-channel measurement plans and KPIs to ensure results are measurable and actionable.
