** TransUnion is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their Africa EUC IT Operations Team, where they will provide IT administrative support and guidance, particularly in asset management and ITIL practices. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and ticket management systems, with an emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement. **

Job Summary

  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with different teams that support the business and operational requirements for Africa EUC IT Support & Enablement, including Asset Management.
  • The purpose of this role is to assist in the ITIL space, wrt to designing & maintaining a central repository to manage all documentation within Transunion.
  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
