The Surveyor will work in a high performing industry leading team within JLL’s Capital Markets business, with a specific focus on retail assets including, and focusing on out of town retail and leisure schemes.

Must-have
National Capital Markets Out of Town Retail
Preparation of marketing materials and reports
Undertaking pre-sale and acquisition due diligence
Generation of buy side idea targets
Underwriting assets using cashflow modelling
Supporting directors in client service
Nice-to-have
Strong interest in retail sector
Entrepreneurial and hungry for success
Coaching and upskilling graduates
Build relationships with investment agents
Key Requirements
RICS certification preferable
Experience in capital markets or out of town agency
Highly numerate with good report writing skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
