  • Teamwork & People Leadership Lead EMA and client teams in person and via video calls during progress and decision‑making meetings.

Key Requirements

  • MBA or other Master’s degree
  • Proven confirmed relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in Renewables, energy, or infrastructure development industries
  • Prior experience in Energy commodity markets
  • Prior experience in Consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, project finance, economics, or engineering
  • Comfort with complex quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High sense of ownership, self-motivation
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated project and team leadership
  • Located in Madrid
  • Attend the office at least 4 days a week
