This role is central to the preparation and success of the April 2027 opening, overseeing all pre-opening phases including organizational structuring, team recruitment, budget and commercial strategy development, and operational standards implementation.
The establishment will operate on a seasonal model, requiring agile management of operational cycles, strong operational anticipation, and particular attention to team loyalty and mobilization.
