Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must assist residents with daily personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, dental care, and toileting while maintaining their dignity.
  • The role requires immediate reporting of all changes in resident condition, incidents, accidents, or signs of abuse to the Nurse Supervisor.
