Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse to supervisors immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment while strictly adhering to confidentiality policies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict HIPAA and privacy compliance
Follow infection control and safety protocols
