Key Requirements
10+ years of IT experience
Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders
Prior experience managing a team
Demonstrated experience as a customer-focused business partner
Proven track record translating business strategy to IT capabilities
Experience managing/coordinating projects across national boundaries
Proven track record of managing portfolio and finances
Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
