Job Summary

  • The Project Accountant will act as liaison between accounting and project management ensuring accurate and consistent billing and financial reporting for Core & Shell and Interior projects.
  • Responsibilities include processing subcontractor AIAs, attending pencil meetings, coordinating subcontractor invoices, reviewing and processing Accounts Payable, and generating billings with full backup requirements.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least 5 years of prior relevant experience in construction project accounting, and strong Excel skills including Xlookup's and Sumifs.
