The CPONN provides education and resources to facilitate informed decision-making and timely access to quality health and psychosocial care throughout all phases of the cancer continuum.
The CPONN serves as an additional point of contact for patients, families, caregivers, and referring physicians to provide resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services.
