Salary
Base: $21.85 - $32.80 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on bonus eligible based on eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Perform rooming and vital sign tasks
Administer medications and vaccines safely
Conduct venipuncture and specimen collection
Complete CLIA approved waived laboratory tests
Maintain clean work environment and equipment
Nice-to-have
Effective communication with patients and team
Proficient in electronic medical records systems
Ability to develop rapport with diverse patients
Cross-trained for specialty clinic duties
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience
Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
Successful completion of Atrium Health competency assessment
