Job Summary
You maintain all types of equipment specific to your modality (Scanner/MRI) in your area of intervention (Auvergne Rhône Alpes) and develop and maintain solid relationships with customers.
You will perform corrective maintenance and diagnose complex system failures, requiring diverse expertise, and conduct preventive maintenance on all modality-specific systems in your assigned zone, optimizing parts and labor consumption.
You will ensure ongoing communication with clients and their technicians regarding equipment issues, share information with management and sales teams about equipment status and customer requests, and track customer satisfaction.
