Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Facility Maintenance Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) certification a plus
  • Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required
