  • Maintain and enhance core planning and capacity models in Pigment, building analytics to measure GTM productivity and provide data for workforce planning.
  • Define and measure capacity across all GTM teams, analyze rep productivity metrics, and build standard reporting on GTM performance.
  • Partner with Data, Field Ops, and Finance teams to ensure planning processes scale as the company grows and support strategic questions from GTM leadership.
