Job Summary

  • This role offers the opportunity to advise and serve as the legal lead on the structuring, negotiation and alliance management of business development transactions, with a particular focus on transactions that involve technology, data and AI.
  • Build positive, strong, and close partnerships with other legal, scientific, and business stakeholders to understand objectives, balance value and risks in transactions, and deliver strategic agreements in connection with business priorities.
  • Work in a cross-functional team to resolve business and legal issues and balance competing priorities while managing legal and operational risks.
