Key Requirements

  • 5+ years property management experience
  • One year supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
  • Working knowledge of IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
