Job Summary
Provides assistance to management including: knowledgeable of policies and procedures; assists and participates in education of employees on equipment, policies and procedures needed to operate or function a particular work area(s); addressing staff and/or customer questions and concerns (as well as informing management of such situations); and exercises occasional independent decision making.
Guides and supports other students to sustain and maintain appropriate levels of operation service levels.
Upholds a high level of professionalism and attention to friendly, accurate and prompt service; is expected to smile, greet and make eye contact at every customer interaction; ultimately responsible for providing an extraordinary dining and/or event experience.
