Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and reporting any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
