Job Summary
This role requires a strategic leader who can also operate hands-on when needed to execute complex HRIS transformation programs, particularly across Workday environments.
Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align HR technology with organizational goals and oversee system implementation, upgrades, integrations, data migration, and process optimization.
Develop and mentor a high-performing HRIS team, providing hands-on execution support during critical project phases and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives across HR processes.
