Job Summary

  • This role requires a strategic leader who can also operate hands-on when needed to execute complex HRIS transformation programs, particularly across Workday environments.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align HR technology with organizational goals and oversee system implementation, upgrades, integrations, data migration, and process optimization.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing HRIS team, providing hands-on execution support during critical project phases and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives across HR processes.
