Lead a multidisciplinary team of ~15 people, coordinate the evolution of the regional Design System, and structure DesignOps for scalable, high-quality processes.
Define and execute UX strategy aligned with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to Product, Tech, Commercial, and Marketing teams.

Key Requirements
Proven experience leading design teams in tech companies

Fluent Portuguese, advanced English and/or Spanish
