Must-have
CI and high-performance work systems experience
Lean and TPM tools application in factory
Mastery of Excel and data analytics tools
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Ability to manipulate and validate data
Nice-to-have
Previous project management experience
Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
Knowledge of Integrated Lean Six Sigma Work Systems
