The ideal candidate will have at least one year of management experience in a customer-focused environment and will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day store operations
Job Summary
Shift Supervisors are responsible for providing leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets all operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies and procedures.
The Shift Supervisor performs all the duties of a Customer Service Representative plus assists the Assistant Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
