Help control and recover the customer portfolio and release orders for accounts without overdue balances.
Process credit note requests and follow up on their billing or, in case of rejection, notify our clients supporting the resolution.
Maintain open communication with various internal areas of the company to reconcile possible disconnections and continuous improvement plans.
