  • Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in building complex three-statement models and leading enterprise-wide budgeting and long-range planning processes.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years FP&A experience
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Leading cross-functional planning processes
  • Experience with EPM tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Planning
  • Strong Excel and GAAP knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or CFA credential preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech industries
  • Knowledge of Python or SQL for automation
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
  • Public company separation or IPO experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 10+ years progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance
  • Proven track record of leading complex financial planning cycles
