The Trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining subject matter expertise in Moderation and Authenticity, managing and administering training materials for new hires and tenured teammates.
This role requires working closely with local Managers to meet training needs, providing cultural context for non-native English speakers, and acting as a liaison between India and U.S. teams.
