Job Summary
Partner with People Team COEs to analyze People data, identify trends, and surface insights that inform enterprise People strategies, programs, and investments.
Develop data-driven narratives and executive-level deliverables, including presentations for senior leadership, People ExCo, and quarterly Board meetings.
Continuously evolve analytics approaches, reporting methods, and operating rhythms to strengthen data maturity within the People organization.

Salary
