** Magna Electronics is seeking a Verification & Validation Lead for ADAS products, responsible for overseeing the entire V&V scope, including strategy, execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in automotive electronics, particularly in ADAS, and have strong leadership and communication skills. **

Job Summary

  • Lead the complete V&V scope for ADAS products within the ASI Product Area, with clear ownership of strategy, planning, execution follow-up, and verification maturity reporting.
  • Act as the key V&V interface towards Project Management, System Engineering, Software, Hardware, Integration, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Quality, Release Management, and customer-facing teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of V&V methods, processes, automation, and metrics in an ASPICE-driven ADAS development environment.
