This is a full time, hybrid role with frequent in-state travel and possible out of state travel required.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of recruiting/campus recruiting/campus sourcing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proven track record of recruiting top talent
Experience using Behavioral Based Interviewing techniques
