Job Summary
Lead Bechtel’s Wyoming Pilot Program and serve as a Bechtel Workforce Services representative for coordination and support of existing and emerging Projects in the region.
Build and execute a Stakeholder Engagement plan grounded in Bechtel’s principles, leading external engagement with city/county officials, colleges, state agencies, and employer groups.
Define pilot KPIs, publish dashboards and narrative reports to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Bechtel policies and procedures.
