Must-have

  • Strong understanding of global securities regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in legal or management consulting within financial services
  • Deep knowledge of Capital Markets product lifecycle and trading platforms
  • Ability to lead cross-jurisdictional regulatory advocacy efforts
  • Proven track record in business impact and gap analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Interest in generative AI impact on regulatory frameworks
  • Project management certifications or equivalent experience
  • CSC, FINRA Series 7 or similar qualifications
  • Law degree preferred over other degrees
  • Experience with agentic AI capabilities build-out

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in legal, management consulting, or related financial services field
  • University degree preferably in law, engineering, finance, or business management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for risk assessment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills for complex concepts
  • Willingness to work independently and drive strategy across global teams
