Job Summary

  • This role drives the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring every campaign, activation, and guest touchpoint reflects Faena’s distinctive voice, creative storytelling, and Forbes Five-Star standards.
  • Working in close partnership with Sales, Public Relations, Digital, Food & Beverage, and creative teams, the Director curates impactful, culturally-driven campaigns that engage global audiences and generate demand across all facets of the property.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Marketing & Communications team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
