Building Safety Act 2022 compliance
Principal Designer role delivery
Building regulation compliance audits
Site inspections and plan appraisals
Nice-to-have
Class 2/3 Registered Building Inspector
PAS45001 experience
Integrated management systems experience
Ability to deliver training
Key Requirements
Relevant professional chartership/accreditation
Experience in similar Building Safety role
Demonstrable understanding of construction and design
