BS in Engineering or related discipline plus 12 years of experience
12+ years of experience with voice, video, and timing systems
Experience with IP-based Voice and Video system architectures
Experience with Time Division Multiplexed (TDM) voice systems
Experience with telephony system (Loop/Ground Start, SIP, Asterisk)
