Job Summary
Serve as lead subject matter expert for ITAR, EAR, and OFAC compliance and act in the capacity of Empowered Official.
Develop, negotiate, and manage TAAs, MLAs, DSP licenses, and related authorizations, and assess export and sanctions implications in various contractual arrangements.
