Job Summary

  • Serve as lead subject matter expert for ITAR, EAR, and OFAC compliance and act in the capacity of Empowered Official.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage TAAs, MLAs, DSP licenses, and related authorizations, and assess export and sanctions implications in various contractual arrangements.
