Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • EPA Type I and II or Universal certification
  • Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Knowledge of OSHA and local safety codes
